Every membership requires a throw package purchase of $150.The throw package will automatically be added to your payable account with the Krewe. You have until Throws Distribution to pay off throws.
By purchasing this membership online, purchaser agrees to the following: 
I, the undersigned, being of full legal majority, do hereby submit this application for the Krewe of Excalibur (hereafter KOE) for Membership for the 2025 season.
Attached is a deposit of $150.00. I understand that if I choose to discontinue my membership to the Krewe at a later date, this deposit and any monies paid up to that point will not be refunded.
Upon acceptance, by the Board of the KOE, as a member for the 2025 season, I agree to be bound by the Charter and By-Laws of the KOE, the Laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable Parish and/or Municipal Laws. In addition, I agree and affirm that no objects may be manufactured, imprinted, marketed, etc. by me or my agent, utilizing the organizational name, crest, logo, etc., in any form whatsoever, nor may objects be marketed to any member in competition with objects sold by the KOE, without the expressed written permission of the KOE.
Also, I hereby acknowledge and agree to Pay In Full indebtedness on my member account by August 1, 2024. I acknowledge that if I do not pay in full by August 1, 2024, a $50 fee will be added.
In consideration for full payment of membership dues, KOE agrees to furnish the following items: ride in street parade, costume, hat, mask, admission to the
Pre-Parade Party and admission to the After Parade Party.
It is further agreed that the KOE will furnish the above listed articles upon acceptance of said membership dues, unless the parade and/or ball are cancelled due to war, Civil disturbance, strike, weather, mechanical conditions beyond our control, cancellations by parish or local leaders, pandemics or other national disaster. In such an event, no monies for membership, throws nor any other incidental costs will be refunded.
Additionally, said Member acknowledges his understanding of all rules and regulations governing behavior, and that said member agrees to assume all risks associated with participation in the parade and associated activities, and agrees to release the KOE, its officers and directors, employees, agents and members from any and all damages or losses sustained by the Member as a result of his participation in the parade and related activities.
