PARADE DAY RIDER SUBMISSION
Due no later than January 10, 2026
Every rider should fill out this form. It asks questions about pre and after parade party admission as well as your intention to go on the buses prior to and after the parade.
YOU MUST have a ticket for all 4 events: pre parade, after parade, pre-bus that will bring you to the floats from Copeland Towers and after-bus which will bring you back to Copeland Towers after the parade is over.
**In order to obtain your tickets, this form must be filled out. **
Parade Day information will be coming out shortly, but for purposes of this form, please note:
• Float Loading is at Zephyr Field from 10am - 2pm
• Pre-Parade party is at Copeland Towers from 32-5:20
• Buses leave at 5:30 to bring Krewe to Floats
(each float will be assigned a specific bus)
• Parade Begins at 6:30
• At the end of parade - get on the bus to go back to Copeland Towers for After Parade party
Notes:
• Each bus will leave (at end of parade) immediately when it is full. This is a change from last year!
• After parade party begins when first bus of riders arrive.

ALL THROWS & THROW PACKAGES MUST BE PICKED UP ON THIS DATE. All throws that you have ordered in addition to your mandatory package will be available for pick up. Extra throws will also be available for purchase. If you are out of town, please make arrangements with your float lieutenant for pick up. We do not have room for storage and everything must be removed from Throw Dat at 2pm on Sunday afternoon. Thanks for your help getting everything picked up.
Bal Masque

Our 24th Annual Mardi Gras Ball will be held on Saturday January 24, 2026 at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner. Doors open at 7:00 pm, the presentation starts at 8:00 pm, and tickets are $180.00.
Dress is strictly formal (floor length evening gowns and full tuxedo) and dinner will be served immediately following our presentation.
Dancing will follow until 1:30 am with live band “No Idea.”
