SHIPPING POLICY

Memberships, event tickets and throws are all NOT shipped. Please choose "pick up" when you check out. Tickets are usually available for pick up from D & D Creations 3611 Florida Ave. Kenner, LA 70065 within 1-2 weeks prior to an event. 

RETURN POLICY

If you can't attend an event, please contact us for a refund. Sometimes we can issue a refund, however, if we have to pre-pay for a certain number of people - or guarantee a certain number of people for an event, refunds are not possible.

There are NO refunds, returns or credits on any Memberships.
